What To Expect
The excursion starts by picking you up from your hotel and driving you to Bayahibe. Then you will board a catamaran to the island. You’ll have a quick stop at Las Palmillas natural pool. Once you arrive on Isla Saona, you have so many choices—splash in the turquoise waters, drink up at the open bar, take a nap on a beach lounge chair or relax in the shade of the beautiful coconut trees, play volleyball, indulge in a typical Dominican lunch of chicken, pork, rice, beans, salad and fruit, or walk the coastline.
We’ll hit the Caribbean Sea on a speedboat and slowly cruise you back to the mainland. Oh, there’s also music, dancing, and an open bar. Enjoy convenient drop-off at your hotel once back on the island.

We had the Catamaran to the island and the rum was pouring and it’s like a dance party on the boat. The crowd was fun! We stop at a natural swimming pool and the water is the one of the clearest I have ever seen. We had a relaxing day on the island.

This trip worth it. The catamaran to get there takes over an hour but you get drinks, music, dancing, and beautiful views so who cares?!. The island itself has stunning waters. We stayed there for 3 hours and then they take you to the lagoon which is basically a natural swimming pool. And then we were taken back by a speed boat. The staff were game to have a speed boat with my friends. Had a good laugh at the end as the losers will pay for a round of drinks back at the hotel. Super fun!
